PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer personal training at your level which will make it more fun and enjoyable for you moving forward. You have to be serious about getting fit, losing some weight and have a desire to look better because you are in better shape.

After years of experience I know how to get the best out of you and your training to help you achieve the goals you are after. Imagine if you can fit into your old clothes again or play sport that you previous struggled to play and enjoy it again. All it takes is a little sacrifice and some commitment and together we can do this. I work on the basis that through good appropriate exercise and changes to your diet we can make a difference.

Just think about it for a second, if Gyms truly worked, everyone would be skinny. the simple fact is they are often overcrowded so you can't do what you want to, you don't want to look stupid in front of those who look like the know what they are doing, and more often than not the programme is too easy, too boring or is a one shoe fits all scenario. With me as your personal trainer, I aim to keep things fun, interesting and work hard to make you understand why you are doing what you are doing. I am to provide you with sound advice with the aim to lose weight and get fitter. Cost for one hour per week is $35.00.  If you do more than one hour per week, the cost will reduce to $25.00 per hour.

BOOT CAMP

Fitness boot camps never go out of style for good reason: They burn serious calories. "Built on three fundamentals of training - cardio, strength, and agility.  They require little more than your body weight to get results. They're more intense than any fitness class and more fun than traditional gym workouts.

By stringing together exercises like jumping jacks, pushups, and squats into circuits that go from one move to the next with little or no rest in between, these workouts turn your body into an uber-efficient resistance machine. The moves target muscles throughout your entire body which is more effective than equipment-based exercises that isolate one single muscle group at a time. Cost for one hour per week is $35.00.  If you do more than one hour per week, the cost will reduce to $25.00 per hour.
