For those athletes who require a personal training plan, we can email you a weekly training diary which will be sent to you at the end of each week. Follow the plan, monitor your details and together lets see your progress.

 

 

 

TRAINING PLANS

If you are just looking for a training programme for one of the following scenarios:-

  • Running Any Distance from 100m - Marathons
  • Strength, Power, Weightlifting

Look no further because we can look at two options:-

  • Just write you a training programme based upon your goals
  • Write you a training programme based upon a plan that we sit down and nut out together.

Cost is $15 per week payable monthly
